Duck.ai works but unable to download chats.

In trying to complete my query, I get this message:
“Duck.ai is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.”
I’ve not been able to access my duck.ai for days now. I have the setting to “on” but it’s not working.
DuckDuckGo browser preview beta: Not able to connect to subsequent Duck.ai followup questions in side windows. This may not be an issue with down site or with a problem (unknown)
I’m using AT&T giga fiber internet. Duck.ai has been great until the last days. Now, the first search still gives good answers and private follow-up after first search using Duck.ai does open a side left hand pane and responds with an initial answer to the follow-up question but that is end of line. In the private side bar which opens to the left within the private browser, Duck.ai responds with “Oops… Duck.ai is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.” I am using a new PC (AMD 9900X3D, 64GB DDR5 6000, 9070XT) running Windows 11 pro 25H2 and Express VPN. All Bios, drivers, and software are up to date. This was working in the side bar to continue private discussion until a few days ago. This may not be a bug and instead be reserved for subscription users which I am not. For lengthy and in-depth analysis, I do have a GROK 4 .0 account so I’m only using the Duck.ai as a ChatGPT 4.0 shallow depth search and answer with usually no more than one or two follow-up questions in the side pane of the browser window.
As a side note: Excellent browser and it has been a pure joy to use. DuckDuckgo browser which has been so good I made it my default browser. Thank you to all involved!!!!
